While it’s ridiculous to declare vitae confidential, it’s just as absurd for administrators to warn you that your information is confidential and you cannot reveal it to others. That’s exactly what Dr. D. Harold Doty, current Dean of the College of Business, told me when I appealed my 2004 annual evaluation. Dr. Doty claimed that personnel materials about me were strictly confidential and I could not disclose that information. Let me be clear what I’m saying: I could not disclose my own information about myself!    Click here for next page.
